Zach 1 Brooklin High School is beaming with pride as they celebrate the extraordinary achievements of one of their own, Zach, whose journey is nothing short of inspirational. A big part of health and safety in schools is air quality.
Between 2020 and 2023, a total of 40 ventilation projects have been completed to upgrade the air quality in DDSB schools and buildings. This school year, an additional 3 ventilation projects are planned or already in progress.

Durham Student Transportation Services have cancelled buses in zones 1, 2, and 3 due to road conditions resulting from inclement weather.
Buses will not operate in Zone 1, 2, or 3 in the morning or in the afternoon.  All schools remain open.
Buses are running in Zone 4 (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa Area) with possible delays.
